Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise nurses, unit coordinators, and behavioral health counselors
• Manage unit staffing levels, schedules, and performance reviews
• Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crisis, and behavior management
• Supervise medical aspects of treatment plans and implementation
• Support nursing staff during evenings and weekends via on-call or shift coverage
• Assist with daily patient care including lab draws, assessments, and vital signs
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, licensing, and infection control policies
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and manage vendor/pharmacy relations

Requirements

• State Licensure as an RN
• Bachelor’s degree (BSN) with 1+ years of direct patient care experience
• OR Associate Degree with 3+ years of direct patient care experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Master’s degree (MSN)
