Nurse

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the fulfillment of the Health and Wellness program to ensure the maximum state of well-being for all Mabe employees.
• Manage and safeguard clinical records, including weekly and monthly consultation indicator reports.
• Perform medical examinations for new hires, promotions, and periodic check-ups for operational staff.
• Provide initial care for employees regarding work-related risks and general illnesses.
• Conduct training for new employees on general topics, ergonomics, and occupational hygiene.
• Participate in first aid brigades and initial accident management.
• Administer medical leaves granted by local health institutions and manage work-related risk documentation.
• Perform audits of site facilities such as dining areas, restrooms, and transportation services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Specialized knowledge in Industrial or Occupational Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Health or Human Resources within an industrial or corporate environment.
• English proficiency of at least 60%.
