Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during in-person consultations in the Torres Vedras area
• Support patients in contexts of prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care
• Maintain rigorous clinical records
• Promote healthy lifestyles and health literacy within the community

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing
• Active registration with Ordem dos Enfermeiros
• Experience in primary, hospital, or community healthcare
• Ability to communicate with empathy and a humanized approach
• Availability to work in the Torres Vedras region
• Availability for fixed shifts (Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 18:00)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments
• Immediate availability to start
