About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare facilities for smooth service by arranging room safety, comfort, and ensuring equipment and medicines are ready
- Provide nursing care using standard practices, including emergency medical/nursing actions
- Monitor patient health conditions, including physical, psychological, and vital signs
- Assist patients before and during medical procedures by providing physical and psychological support
- Manage post-procedure administrative needs such as home care instructions, sick certificates, and prescriptions
- Maintain accurate systems for recording and reporting nursing care
- Implement quality and safety procedures and participate in hospital-wide training
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal Profesi Ners
- Memiliki STR aktif
- Minimal 1 year of nursing experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills
