Nurse Informatics Executive

Responsibilities

• Support Federal and Commercial clients in advancing clinical informatics initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders from clinical end-users to executive leadership to align organizational goals
• Drive end-user adoption, resolve implementation challenges, and optimize workflows using data-driven solutions
• Leverage clinical data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making and regulatory adherence
• Act as a liaison between clinicians and IT teams to translate technical concepts into actionable clinical recommendations

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
• Extensive travel required (approximately 80%)
• RN or a degree in a related field
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• 2+ years of Health Informatics experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 or more years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education
• Previous experience working with Oracle Health (Cerner) Electronic Health Record
• Proven leadership in change management and project execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration across all organizational levels
