Nurse

Responsibilities

• Act as a situation referent within the home maintenance team model
• Provide autonomous or medically delegated nursing care (preventive, curative, educational, and palliative)
• Organize medico-social steps and coordinate with all stakeholders
• Supervise care performed or delegated to ASSC staff
• Work within an interdisciplinary and interprofessional framework
• Participate in training and research activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent training
• Minimum of two years of professional experience
• Knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network
• Ability to work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams
• Strong adaptation and delegation skills
• Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented mindset
• Essential mobility (bicycle, walking, car, or public transport)
