Nurse ICU

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough and comprehensive nursing care in the ICU/ICCU/HCU unit in accordance with hospital standards
• Perform emergency medical and nursing actions based on patient health problems
• Monitor patient vital signs, physical, and psychological conditions during and after procedures
• Assist doctors with medical procedures and prepare patients physically and psychologically
• Maintain accurate systems for recording and reporting nursing care
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training
• Manage medical equipment, medicines, and facility readiness for smooth service delivery
• Conduct patient assessments, nursing diagnoses, and develop care plans
• Provide health education to patients and their families to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 6 months to 5 years of clinical experience depending on specific unit needs
• Experience in inpatient or ICU settings preferred
• Ability to work under pressure
