About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, humanized, and high-quality nursing care to neonatal and pediatric patients.
- Administer medications and monitor the hemodynamic status of patients.
- Manage unit supplies, including restocking carts, workstations, and warehouses, while monitoring stock levels.
- Monitor and report the condition of unit equipment and technical apparatus.
- Adhere to established quality protocols to ensure excellence in patient care processes.
- Inform and support parents regarding the clinical status of their children to improve the care experience.
Requirements
- Specialization in Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Proven experience in nursing care and clinical assistance.
- Strong knowledge of emergency and urgent care procedures.
- Ability to follow strict quality and safety standards.
