Nurse House Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to assigned team by supervising, guiding, and directing employees
• Ensure efficient unit operations including supply management and staffing adjustments
• Assist with teammate scheduling to cover open shifts
• Complete monthly audits and checklists
• Ensure unit compliance with accreditation and licensing policies and procedures
• Serve as a primary resource for clinical questions and policies
• Provide direct patient care, including milieu and crisis management

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing
• Unrestricted RN license in Illinois
• 1+ year of direct patient care experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• 1+ years of experience supervising or leading teams
• 1+ years of experience treating patients with eating disorders
