About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare facilities for smooth service by arranging room security and comfort
- Ensure all required equipment is functioning and medical supplies are ready
- Provide nursing care for Dialysis & Chemotherapy including emergency medical actions
- Monitor patient health conditions, vital signs, and psychological state during and after procedures
- Assist doctors by preparing patients physically and psychologically
- Manage post-procedure administrative needs including home care instructions and prescriptions
- Provide health education to patients and families
- Maintain accurate recording and reporting systems for nursing care
- Implement quality and safety procedures to meet hospital targets
Requirements
- Minimum professional degree of Nursing (.Ns)
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
- HD (Hemodialysis) certification
