Responsibilities

• Assess individual nursing needs and plan care for patients
• Organize, design, and manage the entire nursing process
• Independently perform medically ordered measures, including diagnostics, therapy, or rehabilitation
• Initiate resuscitation measures until a physician arrives
• Provide independent treatment care in close coordination with medical services
• Coordinate and organize departmental workflows
• Monitor patients and assist with medical interventions

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin), geriatric nurse (Altenpflegerin), nursing assistant (Krankenpflegehelferin), or comparable qualification
• Professional and social competence
• Commitment and flexibility
