Nurse (Geriatrics)

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic patient care within the nursing process following ethical principles
• Perform complete and proper nursing documentation
• Communicate, instruct, and advise patients and relatives
• Prepare, assist, and provide aftercare for diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Participate in team meetings to set and review rehabilitation goals
• Adhere to occupational safety, nursing, and hygiene guidelines
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with other professional groups and departments
• Operate and maintain medical devices and materials according to regulations

Requirements

• Certified nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), specialist nurse (Pflegefachfrau/mann), or geriatric nurse (Altenpfleger)
• High level of professional and social competence
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
• Friendly and positive attitude towards patients and colleagues
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Willingness to undergo further professional training (e.g., activating-therapeutic care in geriatrics)
