Nurse

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive patient assessments and design personalized strategies to optimize vascular access and monitor key parameters
• Monitor dialysis sessions by preparing monitors and materials, and executing pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis procedures with precision
• Design and implement specialized nursing care programs, including psychosocial support and patient education
• Maintain rigorous clinical records, generate detailed reports, and propose evidence-based improvements to protocols
• Empower patients and families through expert advice on diet, fluid control, vascular access care, and medication management
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate and center guidelines and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Degree or Licenciatura in Nursing
• Strong orientation toward patient care and empathy
• Knowledge of nephrology and dialysis is desirable, though previous experience is not required
