Nurse

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive patient assessments and design personalized strategies to optimize vascular access and monitor key parameters
• Monitor dialysis sessions by preparing equipment and executing pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis procedures with precision
• Design and implement specialized nursing care programs, including psychosocial support and quality of life monitoring
• Maintain rigorous clinical documentation and generate detailed reports to improve protocols and quality standards
• Empower patients and families through expert counseling on diet, fluid control, and medication management
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate guidelines and clinical protocols to maintain excellence and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing (Licenciatura o grado en Enfermería)
• Strong orientation toward patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar clinical role
• Knowledge of nephrology and dialysis procedures
