Nurse

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive patient assessments and design personalized strategies to optimize vascular access and monitor key parameters
• Monitor dialysis sessions by preparing equipment and executing pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis procedures with precision
• Design and implement specialized nursing care programs, including psychosocial support and patient education
• Maintain rigorous clinical documentation and generate detailed reports to improve quality standards
• Empower patients and families through expert advice on diet, fluid control, and medication management
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate guidelines and clinical protocols

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing
• Strong orientation toward patient care and empathy
• Knowledge of nephrology and dialysis is desirable, but not required
• Ability to work following established corporate protocols and safety guidelines
