Nurse

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive patient assessments and design personalized strategies to optimize vascular access and monitor key parameters.
• Monitor dialysis sessions by preparing equipment and executing pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis procedures with precision.
• Design and implement nursing care programs, including psychosocial support, stress management, and quality of life monitoring.
• Maintain rigorous clinical documentation, generating detailed reports and proposing evidence-based improvements to protocols.
• Empower patients and families through expert counseling on diet, fluid control, medication, and vascular access care.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate guidelines, center protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing (Licenciatura o grado en Enfermería) or equivalent official recognition.
• Strong orientation toward patient care and clinical excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar clinical role.
• Specialized knowledge in nephrology and dialysis treatments.
