About the Company

Forenedecare works on behalf of the regional council. ASIH in Arninge is responsible for approximately 160 registered patients divided into four teams. Our teams are based in Täby (Arninge) and cover the areas of Täby, Danderyd, Vallentuna, Vaxholm, and Österåker.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced palliative care in the patient's home
• Manage medical technology equipment
• Administer medications
• Support relatives and family members
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Driver's license
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in oncology
• Experience in hematology
• Experience from a district nursing clinic
