Responsibilities

• Perform medical assessments and nursing planning
• Manage medication and documentation
• Collaborate with residents, relatives, doctors, and other professionals
• Lead and supervise nursing staff in daily care work
• Ensure safe, secure, and person-centered care
• Participate in quality development and operational improvement
• Plan and prioritize interventions alongside colleagues and management

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Very good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Experience working with elderly people, preferably within dementia care
• Knowledge of person-centered care
• Ability to work structured and independently
• Strong collaborative skills and professional confidence

Preferred Qualifications

• Silvia nurse or specialist training in dementia care
• Experience with quality registers such as BPSD and Senior Alert
• Experience in development, improvement work, or coordination roles
• Proficiency in digital systems like Sekoia and Signit
