Nurse

Responsibilities

• Take a supervisory role according to HSL
• Provide pedagogical guidance to nursing staff based on MAS guidelines and unit routines
• Coordinate and implement HSL interventions
• Work with quality registers such as Senior Alert, BPSD, and the Swedish Palliative Register

Requirements

• Swedish licensed nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Experience in dementia, somatic, or geriatric care
• Proficiency in medical documentation
• Genuine interest in working with the elderly and people with dementia
