Familjeläkarna was founded in 2008 with a vision to provide patients with the same care we would give our own families. We operate health centers in Stockholm and Uppsala counties, employing approximately 1,000 staff members dedicated to knowledge, efficiency, and innovative development.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone advice and triage
• Conduct independent patient visits
• Lead and develop preventive health work
• Participate in multidisciplinary teamwork to ensure high-quality care and patient experience

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska) or district nurse (distriktssköterska)
• Experience in primary care is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Professional demeanor and adaptability to different healthcare situations
• Commitment to developing safe and high-quality care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hypertension clinics
• Experience with Asthma/COPD clinics
