Responsibilities

• Perform standard nursing duties in patients' homes within advanced home healthcare (ASIH)
• Ensure patients and relatives are involved in the care process to promote security
• Address physical, psychological, social, and existential needs
• Document care in the Take Care journal system and plan care using AlfaWelfare
• Work independently and take initiative in a home-based clinical setting

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (sjuksköterska) with valid professional license
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong collaborative skills and professional ethics
• Valid driver's license (or ability to use a bicycle)
• Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advanced home healthcare or home nursing
• Specialist training, such as oncology, palliative care, or district nursing
