About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the physician in providing medical care to field personnel
- Provide first aid to field staff as required
- Manage medical inventories and coordinate the replenishment of medications
- Manage patient evacuation procedures when necessary
- Control and maintain personnel vaccination records
- Coordinate with Lima offices for the administration of vaccines
- Deliver training sessions on first aid, hygiene, and other health-related topics
- Perform food safety inspections
- Report any medical or health-related incidents detected in the field
Requirements
- Degree and professional license in Nursing (Titulado y colegiado)
- PHTLS certification
- BLS certification
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of Occupational Health
- Knowledge of tropical diseases
- Knowledge of First Aid and evacuation plans
- Must reside in Quillabamba or nearby areas
