Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a team with assistant nurses, physiotherapists, and surgeons
• Follow patients through the entire care chain from admission and preoperative preparation to postoperative care and discharge
• Work according to the ERAS program to prevent complications and strengthen patient participation
• Work across both Ward 4 and the admission unit to ensure a broad understanding of the surgical care process

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• At least two years of professional experience
• Interest in surgical care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in surgical care
