Nurse - Diabetes and Infusion Consultant

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-installation assessments and initial setup of medical devices (Perfusion, Diabetes, Immunotherapy) at patient homes
• Provide therapeutic education to patients and their families regarding equipment use and treatment follow-up
• Ensure patient autonomy and adherence to treatment protocols, including during equipment transitions
• Coordinate care pathways by collaborating with private nurses (IDEL) and providing technical training when necessary
• Manage relationships with hospital teams and prescribers to ensure correct protocol execution
• Maintain fluid communication with internal logistics, coordination, and technical departments
• Write precise and complete follow-up reports for medical prescribers
• Guarantee the correct application of therapeutic protocols regarding dosage, flow, and frequency

Requirements

• State Diploma in Nursing (Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier) is required
• Significant experience in a hospital or home healthcare setting
• Specialized knowledge in Perfusion or Diabetes management
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) for frequent travel within the Île-de-France region
• Proficiency in office software and patient tracking/reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and pedagogical abilities
