Nurse (Day Care & Endoscopy)

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and cost-effective child care and endoscopy services in accordance with Group medical standards
• Review and approve purchase and restock requests for childcare and endoscopy equipment and consumables
• Manage capacity and utilization of care and endoscopy resources to optimize service delivery
• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of services through internal and external metrics
• Assist in process optimization, patient care quality, and cost optimization
• Support the recruitment of doctors to meet budget and growth objectives
• Manage relationships with doctors in line with established medical strategies

Requirements

• Registered Nursing degree (Ns.)
• Active STR
• Minimum 2 years of hospital nursing experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
