About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement nursing interventions in a multidisciplinary environment
- Execute routine nursing duties including phlebotomy, medication administration, and vital sign measurement
- Demonstrate clinical competency in specialty procedures such as chemotherapy administration and wound care
- Triage and prioritize incoming telephone calls using clinical assessment skills
- Manage urgent or emergent medical situations in accordance with organizational protocols
- Coordinate and initiate patient education to ensure understanding of medical materials
- Collaborate with physicians and other clinical departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in patient medical records
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- State Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic CPR Certification
- 2 years of clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
