Nurse Clinician

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement nursing interventions in a multidisciplinary environment
• Execute routine nursing duties including phlebotomy, medication administration, and vital sign measurement
• Demonstrate clinical competency in specialty procedures such as chemotherapy administration and wound care
• Triage and prioritize incoming telephone calls using clinical assessment skills
• Manage urgent or emergent medical situations in accordance with organizational protocols
• Coordinate and initiate patient education to ensure understanding of medical materials
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation in patient medical records

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• State Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic CPR Certification
• 2 years of clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
