Nurse

Responsibilities

• Work as a contact and clinic nurse, including responsibility for obesity patients
• Manage a dedicated obesity clinic
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings (MDK) and other conferences
• Assist doctors during clinic visits
• Participate in new patient visits where medical treatment is initiated
• Provide advice to patients via telephone consultation
• Conduct admission interviews
• Collaborate with internal and external healthcare professionals
• Work independently and in close cooperation with colleagues regarding patient treatment plans

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Experience in surgery and/or obesity care
• Training or several years of experience in contact nursing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills and strong patient focus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a clinic setting
• Interest in research and staying updated with new medical knowledge
