Capio ASIH offers advanced healthcare in the home for patients with extensive medical needs. We have long and solid experience in providing advanced home care and are authorized in all geographical ASIH areas in the Stockholm region.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced and specialized healthcare in patients' homes
• Coordinate medical care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, assistants, dietitians, and therapists
• Work independently with one patient at a time while planning your own workday
• Participate in building and developing a new ASIH unit from the ground up

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Minimum of three years of experience as a nurse
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in consultation with colleagues and patients
• Strong communication skills and a calm demeanor
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialist training in ICU, DSK, or oncology
• Experience in palliative care or ASIH
• Proficiency with the TakeCare electronic health record system
