Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational health surveillance programmes, including pre-employment and periodic health assessments
• Provide support to the on-site first aid team
• Identify workplace health risks and support risk assessments and preventative measures
• Coordinate vaccination programmes and infection prevention activities
• Support health promotion and wellbeing initiatives, including screenings and awareness campaigns
• Provide mental health support and signpost employees to relevant services
• Manage return-to-work and rehabilitation programmes
• Maintain confidential medical records in line with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with EHS, HR, and external providers to ensure effective occupational health services
• Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Valid professional nursing registration
• Experience in occupational health
• Knowledge of workplace health, risk assessment, and health surveillance practices
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
