Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage home visits with patients and their families
• Instruct and educate patients on the use of medical equipment and prescribed therapies
• Provide personalized care to resolve doubts and manage incidents
• Perform therapy follow-ups and coordinate with hospitals to ensure service excellence

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing
• Registered nurse (colegiado/a)
• Driver's license (Class B)
