Nuclear Site Supervisor Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support site management for new uranium conversion and enrichment units
• Act as the primary project interlocutor for construction matters
• Manage teams and coordinate subcontractors
• Prepare site methods, techniques, and organization during the detailed design phase
• Draft construction condition specifications and participate in tender reviews
• Verify and approve execution documentation from subcontractors
• Ensure HSE monitoring and compliance with safety rules on site
• Manage site budget and schedule by monitoring physical and contractual progress
• Control quality and safety surveillance programs
• Coordinate between suppliers, operators, and surveillance bodies
• Manage the transfer of installations to testing phases and ensure compliance
• Manage quality files and reserve lists

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision within an industrial environment
• Expertise in site organization, HSE, and logistics management
• Experience managing multiple trades (civil engineering, piping, mechanical, ventilation, electricity, control systems)
• Knowledge of the nuclear environment and safety standards
• Understanding of the fuel cycle and PWR (Pressurized Water Reactor) operation
