Nuclear General Installation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage major nuclear energy projects (ranging from €15M to €80M) involving industrial piping, mechanics, and general installation.
• Oversee all project phases including studies, procurement, fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and HSE policies across all teams and stakeholders.
• Guarantee technical quality, cost control, scheduling, and contractual milestone compliance.
• Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and client invoicing.
• Handle contractual follow-ups, including the negotiation of additional works and claims.
• Coordinate project teams, support functions, and material resources.
• Select and manage subcontractors in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 10+ years of experience in the industrial or nuclear sector.
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Extensive experience managing mechanical and metallurgy-focused projects.
• Strong leadership skills and a result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of nuclear industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
