Nuclear Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct operations from contract award to project handover
• Ensure safety, profitability, and quality in compliance with nuclear site procedures
• Propose technical solutions and participate in supplier consultations
• Analyze risks, draft PPSPS, and manage various authorizations
• Determine human, material, and equipment needs
• Control and validate detailed plans and site progress
• Manage teams by setting objectives and evaluating individual skills
• Handle administrative and financial follow-up including invoicing and budget monitoring
• Manage project closure, including site reception and archiving

Requirements

• Bac+2 (BTS, DUT) to Bac+5 degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management within building envelopes
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Nuclear environment training is a plus
