Nuclear Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct operations from contract award to project handover
• Ensure safety, profitability, and quality in compliance with nuclear site procedures
• Propose technical solutions and participate in supplier consultations
• Analyze risks, determine prevention methods, and manage administrative authorizations
• Plan intervention phases, define delivery schedules, and determine resource needs
• Control work progress and ensure compliance of completed works
• Manage teams by setting objectives, evaluating skills, and organizing human resources
• Handle administrative and financial follow-up including invoicing and budget monitoring
• Prepare and manage site handover and closing procedures

Requirements

• Bac+2 (BTS, DUT) to Bac+5 degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management (building envelope)
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Nuclear environment training is a plus
