NRO General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead NRO strategy and provide strategic direction for new restaurant openings
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and enforce company policies and standards
• Train and develop Restaurant Leaders and the growth team to ensure operational success
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Audit all facets of operations and deliver feedback regarding financial, people, and operations management
• Execute shift management while maintaining high safety and operational standards
• Perform restaurant performance observation walks and take corrective actions as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, and P&L management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with new restaurant openings (NRO)
• Some college education
