NRO General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead NRO strategy and oversee daily restaurant operations to enforce company policies and standards
• Provide strategic direction for new restaurant openings and train Restaurant Leaders during deployment
• Develop the growth team and ensure all performance milestones and standards are met
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Audit all facets of operations and deliver feedback regarding financial, people, and operations management
• Execute shift management while maintaining high operations and safety standards
• Perform restaurant performance observation walks and take corrective action when necessary

Requirements

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, and P&L/financial management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with new restaurant openings (NRO)
• Some college education
