NPU AI/Processor Architecture(RTL) Design - Sr Lead

Responsibilities

• Plan, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, including circuits, FPGA, and DSP systems.
• Integrate new features and functionality into hardware designs according to product roadmaps.
• Conduct complex simulations and analyses to implement designs with optimal power, performance, and area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, verification, software, and architecture) to improve yield, test time, and quality.
• Evaluate and develop manufacturing solutions for leading-edge products in advanced processes.
• Identify potential design flaws, compatibility issues, or compliance concerns through complex feature evaluation.
• Write detailed technical documentation for all hardware projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• (Alternative: Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or PhD with 1+ year of experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with circuit design (e.g., digital, analog, RF).
• 2+ years of experience utilizing schematic capture and circuit simulation software.
• 2+ years of experience with hardware design and measurement instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF tools, etc.).
• 1+ year in a technical leadership role.
