NPI/Product Engineer

Rapsodo is a global sports technology company with offices in Singapore, the United States, Türkiye, Japan, and Malaysia. We build data-driven, portable sports analytics products that help athletes understand and improve their performance through integrated hardware, computer vision, and cloud software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner to shape product roadmaps and translate decisions into engineering and manufacturing deliverables
• Communicate progress, risks, and key technical decisions to stakeholders across functions
• Work with Architecture and hardware teams to select components meeting manufacturability, cost, and supply requirements
• Plan and build early prototypes, defining build schedules and quantities
• Embed with Operations and Manufacturing during late-stage development to prepare for production
• Establish production procedures and quality control measures with factory partners

Requirements

• 3-5 years of engineering experience with full product lifecycle exposure
• Participation in at least one hardware project from concept through launch
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in factory environments and hands-on prototype builds
• Experience validating suppliers and sourcing components
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
