NPI/Onboarding - Project Manager IV

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of end-to-end onboarding project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Act as the central coordinator across Sales, Solutions, and Customer Focus Teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Own the execution of the phase-gate onboarding framework, managing discovery, feasibility, and go-live governance.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating critical issues to leadership as required.
• Coordinate First Article (FA) execution, including engineering alignment, BOM readiness, and material procurement.
• Serve as the single point of coordination for onboarding status, communicating updates and risks to all stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned to improve onboarding speed and predictability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in project management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end project planning and cross-functional orchestration.
• Strong skills in risk and issue management within complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities.
