NPI Sr. Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale or mega projects and processes, creating and maintaining detailed project plans.
• Use advanced tools to track daily progress and ensure on-time delivery to commitments.
• Coordinate activities across functional areas including machine shops, facilities, and operations.
• Own change management for assigned programs, including documenting Deviations, CDRs, and CRs.
• Identify and resolve risks and roadblocks using advanced risk management techniques to minimize schedule impact.
• Collect production readiness evidence such as SMT program status, tooling/fixtures documents, and material analysis.
• Drive mistake-proofing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide mentoring to lower-level project engineers regarding technical knowledge and project management tools.

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to specific program information.
• Must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Program Management certification.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
