NPI Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end NPI process, ensuring smooth handover from TPMs to global manufacturing partners and aligning validation SOPs for production
• Act as the primary liaison with external hardware partners to manage build schedules, track material readiness, and ensure timely delivery of pilot and mass production units
• Accountable for the entire operational flow including PO management, inbound tracking, and inventory control
• Facilitate NPI meetings with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks
• Drive internal process improvements to ensure scalable and repeatable manufacturing workflows
• Support the development of clear guidelines for product integration, manufacturing tests, and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in English for global partner coordination
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of computer systems or motivation to learn AI hardware manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in NPI management, technical project management, or supply chain operations
• Experience with hardware or system-level solutions such as servers or AI accelerators
• Familiarity with server manufacturing or integration processes
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or ERP systems
