About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the transition from product launch to RMA operational readiness, defining intake, support, repair, and replacement workflows.
- Document NPI intake processes for GPU and DGX product families, including BOM qualification for new parts and FRUs.
- Map support entitlement processes, including contract tiers, PAK ID structures, and SLA parameters.
- Identify NPI-to-RMA data dependencies such as material master records, failure code taxonomy, and knowledge base requirements.
- Define repair and replacement workflows, including depot partner qualification, tooling readiness, and buffer stock minimums.
- Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and System Integrators (SIs) on launch readiness, BOM availability, and support escalation paths.
- Feed NPI requirements into AI-assisted case management platforms for routing and knowledge base population.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in NPI program management, hardware product operations, or supply chain BPO within a technology OEM or contract manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of BOM qualification, FRU lifecycle, and spares planning for complex hardware.
- Proven experience coordinating with Contract Manufacturers and System Integrators on product launch readiness.
- Experience defining entitlement schemas, support tier definitions, and SLA parameters for new hardware.
- Proficiency working within SAP-based environments (SD, QM, material master management).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in GPU, networking hardware, data center infrastructure, or enterprise computing.
- Experience configuring or supporting AI-assisted case management platforms.
- Familiarity with PAK ID entitlement structures and Business Critical SLA frameworks.
- Experience managing multi-product concurrent NPI pipelines in fast-paced environments.
