NPI Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception and pre-screening of potential R&D opportunities, presenting the most viable options to experts for review.
• Support the creation and maintenance of R&D opportunities within the database to ensure timely evaluation.
• Liaise with stakeholders and scientific experts to facilitate reviews and consolidate feedback for final recommendations.
• Prepare and present monthly evaluation reports regarding R&D opportunities to assist with endorsements.
• Proactively identify R&D opportunities through contact with universities and biotech organizations.
• Organize and participate in ideation sessions to define short, mid, and long-term R&D needs.
• Contribute to strategic documentation that summarizes organizational needs in alignment with the R&D strategy.
• Support R&D scientific meetings and congresses by engaging external stakeholders and leveraging association memberships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing R&D projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience with database management and maintaining required compliance.
• Experience supporting scientific programs and product development strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a science-related field.
• Strong time management and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify priorities and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
