NPI Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design cell operations and workflow sequences to maintain optimal efficiency levels.
• Lead the implementation of lean processes to reduce inventory, lead-times, and waste.
• Support new product introductions through the creation and maintenance of procedures, methods, and work standards.
• Train personnel on production operations while fostering a safety- and quality-focused approach.
• Develop value stream maps and utilize lean techniques to eliminate process waste.
• Drive measurable improvements in customer delivery, productivity, and product flow.
• Perform capacity analysis and line balancing to identify opportunities for cost avoidance.
• Assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in conversational English, both written and spoken.
• Must possess a valid passport and visa.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with Lean tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Core Tools, specifically PFMEA and Control plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SAP/ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, or A3.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of leadership.
