NPD Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design and execute new experimental methods, protocols, and technical studies
• Manage and contribute to the development of consumer health products from prototype to commercial launch
• Identify and troubleshoot problems within experimental processes and technical tasks
• Perform complex data management and interpret results to determine next logical experimental steps
• Write technical sections of internal and external reports and contribute to scientific papers
• Promote data integrity standards and take leadership roles in data integrity projects
• Participate in international product teams to implement development policies and programs
• Present findings at internal Research and Development meetings

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline
• Experience in Analytical Sciences - NPD (New Product Development)
• Ability to design and execute experimental protocols
• Strong data management and interpretation skills
• Proficiency in technical report writing

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field
• Experience in leading others or project management
• Proven ability to solve complex scientific problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in data analysis
