NPD Leader

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver KPI results in accordance with the portfolio plan
• Manage project delivery with a strict focus on on-time delivery, cost management, and quality
• Collaborate with Product Management to develop comprehensive project and portfolio plans
• Provide regular project management reports to all relevant stakeholders
• Plan and schedule resources efficiently to meet development milestones
• Contribute to the streamlining and automation of processes and workflows
• Facilitate global team collaboration and communication
• Reuse project learnings and knowledge to support organizational competency in project management

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing New Product Development (NPD) projects
• Strong ability to manage project delivery, costs, and quality standards
• Experience in resource planning and scheduling
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in providing detailed project management reporting
