About the role

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Propco System for workflows, mail merge, confirming tenancies, and tenant check-ins
  • Process and chase tenant references, liaising with Keysafe, employers, and landlords
  • Raise invoices for initial monies
  • Draw up tenancy agreements and distribute via DocuSign

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well presented, articulate, and numeric
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
  • Diplomatic and able to work as part of a team
