About the role
Responsibilities
- Utilize Propco System for workflows, mail merge, confirming tenancies, and tenant check-ins
- Process and chase tenant references, liaising with Keysafe, employers, and landlords
- Raise invoices for initial monies
- Draw up tenancy agreements and distribute via DocuSign
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well presented, articulate, and numeric
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
- Diplomatic and able to work as part of a team
