Notary Business Expert

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and formalize client needs from notary offices while considering regulatory and operational constraints
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for product and tech teams
• Support Product Owners throughout the development cycle including scoping, design, development, and testing
• Participate in functional product validation through reviews, user testing, and business compliance checks
• Contribute to project steering, including progress monitoring and functional prioritization
• Lead workshops and functional demonstrations for internal teams and external clients
• Propose product evolutions based on business expertise and field feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a notary office as a notary, notary clerk, or formalist
• Deep understanding of notary office operations, processes, and regulatory constraints
• Proficiency in producing common notarial acts
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear specifications
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills
• Interest in new technologies

• Specialization in real estate law
