About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process to build long-term relationships
- Convert renewal leads into revenue pipeline by qualifying them through BANT criteria
- Engage with small and medium businesses to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Understand customer license positions and leverage cloud technologies to secure wins
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure renewals close on time
- Address competitive offerings in the context of customer needs
- Utilize social, digital, video, chat, and phone environments to manage customers
Requirements
- Native-level Norwegian (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions preferred
- Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- EU passport required
