Northeast Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Business Development Managers across the Northeast
• Conduct 1:1s, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews to coach performance
• Set activity standards and ensure CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
• Manage personal assigned territory and revenue targets
• Source new opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and industry events
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Partner with operations to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements

• 5+ years in field sales or account management
• 2+ years managing or mentoring a sales team
• Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch
• Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or insurance ecosystem preferred
• Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly across the region
• Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM
